I served as a lead UI designer at Moogsoft, spearheading the development of user interfaces for Moogsoft Enterprise and Moogsoft Express software. My responsibilities encompassed crafting prototype mockups, engaging in design reviews with stakeholders, and transforming these iterations into production-ready designs. Additionally, I collaborated seamlessly with the development team to ensure seamless integration of the designs into the final product. Moogsoft’s platform plays a pivotal role in the DevOps and AIOps domain, empowering IT teams to optimize service delivery and incident resolution. Our AI-powered solutions effectively analyze vast amounts of data from across the IT infrastructure, enabling proactive identification and resolution of issues before they significantly impact business operations. Moogsoft is now part of the Dell Technologies family.
